so I tried it hoping it would help me sleep better, but I only noticed a tiny improvement. I still woke up a bunch during the night, so it just didn’t feel worth it for me.

I wasn’t totally sure I’d stick with it, especially after there was a small delay one time, but it’s been easy overall. Not perfect, but good enough that I’m fine keeping it for now
